Individuals and businesses from various industries - including consumer products, digital media, entertainment, film & photography, food & beverage, fashion, publishing, music, retail, technology, and theater - have trusted Jordan to protect their interests and guide them through the legal process. Prior to founding his own practice, Jordan was a member of the Intellectual Property and Litigation departments at a highly regarded New York City law firm (Moses & Singer LLP), and earlier he worked in the Business & Legal Affairs department of a major record label.

Jordan has compiled a music litigation blog since 2007, has published articles concerning intellectual property law and ethics, and is an experienced arbitrator. Jordan was selected as a New York Metro “SuperLawyer” in 2019-2021 for business litigation, and he was selected as a "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers in 2015-2018.

Jordan is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Yeshiva University) in 2007 with a concentration in intellectual property law, and earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

In 2021, Jordan became a member of the Board of Governors of the South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC)

Jordan lives with his family in the New York area, and is originally from Cleveland. He enjoys playing various musical instruments, trying new craft foods and beverages, and exploring. Most of the pictures on this website were taken by Jordan during his travels around the world.
